Should it be determined that the package is lost due to a carrier’s misdelivery, we will promptly arrange for a replacement of your order.

However, if the package is lost due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address when making a purchase. In situations where a package is returned to us due to address issues, you will be required to cover an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

We process orders on regular business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For items that are currently in stock, your order will undergo processing within a timeframe of 1 to 5 business days. The exact delivery period following processing will depend on your shipping address. Presently, delivery times within the United States typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

In the case of items designated as pre-orders, they will be shipped only when they become available in stock. If you happen to order multiple pre-order items with the same release date, your order will be held until all items are in stock before shipping.

Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. However, in exceptional circumstances, tracking numbers may not be provided.

Please contact us through live chat or email if you want to change your address, we will be happy to do so. if shipping has alrady started, you may have to pay a $10 extra charge.

Unfortunately, we are not able to send any items that have a Military base as their address.

Return A Product

  • If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, we are here to assist you without any complications! Our return policy allows for returns within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. If the product you received falls short of your expectations, you have the option to return it for a refund, which will be credited to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days.

    4. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.
    5. We do not provide prepaid return labels except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged during transit.
    6. We do not facilitate apparel exchanges. If the item you purchased doesn’t fit, kindly return it for a refund. You may then proceed to place a new order for the desired size. For additional details and to request an RMA label, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.”
